Elvin Lawyers obtained an ‘Order 53′ Court order to remove a person from a house in Melbourne they were illegally occupying. Elvin Lawyers also obtained an order that the evicted person pay Elvin Lawyers’ legal costs on an ‘indemnity basis’.
