Kerryn is our receptionist and first point of contact for our clients. She is the friendly voice you will hear on the phone when you call our office, so our clients feel comfortable and supported by a competent team in the first instance. She coordinates all initial appointments, along with incoming and outgoing correspondence. She perfectly balances compassion, understanding and professionalism.
Previously, Kerryn held senior level administrative roles within diverse industries including a rural aboriginal co-operative, local government, and secondary education. Kerryn prides herself on delivering exceptional service to clients. She enjoys making strong relationships with our clients and colleagues and she goes above and beyond for the client in all matters. She is an excellent problem-solver who isn’t afraid to think outside the box to efficiently reach a solution.
Outside of work Kerryn’s diverse interests include spending time with her children, gardening, walking her dog and going on day trips to see all that Victoria has to offer.
